Complaint Examination

Our store has 14 working days to process your complaint. As a customer, you have the right: to make a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract, to make a declaration about the price reduction of the purchased products, to request the replacement of products without defects, to request a free repair of the product. We will endeavor to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time and without causing any inconvenience.


**Please note that the occurrence of irritation, allergic reaction or intolerance to a product supplied by us cannot be considered as a reduction in the quality of the product. We as retailers are not directly responsible for the composition of the products. Should such a case occur, please contact the product manufacturer immediately to report the problem so that they can take necessary action.

***Similarly, defects in gifts and other free services that we provide outside of your order are not considered product defects. The photos of the goods in our e-shop are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding representation of the characteristics of the goods (e.g. the packaging may differ due to packaging changes by the manufacturer).;
